Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing details through our secure payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Communication Data: Call recordings, voicemail drops, and CRM notes are stored as part of the service. You control retention settings and can delete this data at any time.
We use the information we collect to:
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Switchstack platform and its features
• Process transactions and send related billing information
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse
• Personalize and improve your experience with AI-powered features (Strategist, Growth Engine)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery). Each provider is contractually obligated to protect your data.
