Cold Calling Companies Compared
What nine cold calling companies charge, the contract they ask for and where their callers work, with every figure linked to the company's own pricing page, and where Switchstack comes out ahead.
Cold Calling Companies, in Short
Cold calling companies are agencies that phone prospects for you and book meetings. They charge a monthly fee per caller or per plan, an hourly rate, a price per block of call attempts or per prospect on your list, or a custom quote. On their own pricing pages, checked on November 3, 2026, published prices run from $8 an hour at Hit Rate Solutions to $11,950 per 4 weeks for one dedicated SDR at SalesRoads, while Belkins and SalesHive quote on request. Switchstack, which wrote this comparison, charges $1,499 to $3,099 a month for a dedicated full-time caller, month-to-month with no setup fee: the lowest price of any company here that publishes a monthly price for one caller or SDR.

Switchstack wrote this page, so we're listed first. The other eight are in alphabetical order, and we don't rank them. Prices change, so check each company's page before you buy.
Selling in the UK, Europe, Australia or the Gulf? Check where each company's callers work before you shortlist: three of the eight others say their callers are US-based.
Why Choose Switchstack Over the Others?
For a full-time caller who works only for you, no other company on this list publishes a lower price or simpler terms. Here's the case, point by point, and you can check every point against the table above:
- A lower price for a caller of your own. From $1,499 a month, or $2,199 if we manage the caller for you. One offshore SDR at CIENCE costs $4,249 a month once its fees are added, and one SDR at SalesRoads costs $11,950 per 4 weeks. Only Hit Rate Solutions is cheaper by the hour, and its pricing page doesn't say the caller works only for you.
- Nothing on top of the price. No setup fee, no platform fee, no bonus and no charge per meeting. CIENCE adds $2,499 a month in fees, a setup fee and a bonus, and Superhuman Prospecting says a setup fee may apply.
- Prices you can see before you talk to anyone. Belkins and SalesHive quote only on a sales call. Ours are published for every caller country.
- A full-time person, not a block of dials. Your caller works 40 hours a week on your campaign only. You don't buy 250 call attempts, as with Quick Cold Calls, or pay per prospect, as with Upcall.
- Calls into your market, on your buyers' hours. Three of the others say their callers are US-based. Ours work from South Africa, Mexico and Colombia, the Philippines and India, matched to buyers in the UK and Europe, the US and Canada, Australia or the Gulf, and we check your list against the local calling rules first.
- Low risk to start. Month-to-month with 30 days' notice, a free replacement in the first 30 days, a recording of every call, and your lists, recordings and notes stay yours.
Want to see what that looks like for your market? A full-time caller starts at $1,499 a month and is usually calling in about 2 weeks. Book a 30-minute call and we'll tell you which caller country fits your buyers.
What Does Each Cold Calling Company Offer?
A short profile of each, from what the company says on its own pricing page. Where a page leaves something out, we say so instead of guessing.
Switchstack (that's us)
Switchstack gives you a dedicated caller who works only on your campaign, 40 hours a week on your prospects' business hours. With We Call for You ($2,199 to $3,099 a month), we write the script with you, manage the caller every day and book meetings on your calendar. With Hire a Caller ($1,499 to $2,399), the caller joins your team and reports to you. It's phone calls only, from the list you give us, and every call is recorded. There's no charge per meeting. See our prices.
Belkins
Belkins is a multichannel appointment setting agency: email, LinkedIn and calls. Its pricing page lists plans by appointments a year, from 30+ to 200+. Calls to prospects showing buying signals come with the Growth plans, and general cold calling and voicemails only with Growth Plus. It publishes no prices: you get one on a call. Belkins pricing.
CIENCE
CIENCE sells outbound SDRs who run email and calls. Each SDR costs from $1,750 a month offshore or $3,500 in the US or Europe. On top come a $2,000 monthly campaign team fee and a $499 monthly platform fee, flat however many SDRs you have. There's also a one-time setup fee, and a bonus when an SDR reaches 60% or more of their meeting target. One offshore SDR therefore starts at $4,249 a month before the setup fee and bonus. CIENCE pricing.
Hit Rate Solutions
Hit Rate Solutions has the lowest hourly rate on this list. Outbound Starter is 80 hours for $640, a two-week plan, and Outbound Advanced is 160 hours for $1,200, or $7.50 an hour. It also sells inbound answering and virtual assistants. The pricing page doesn't say where its callers work, and its head office is in the Philippines. Hit Rate Solutions pricing.
Quick Cold Calls
Quick Cold Calls uses callers on its payroll in the continental US. Starter is 250 call attempts a month for $695, and Starter Double is 500 for $1,390, where an attempt is any dial, including voicemails and reaching a receptionist. You must supply the list: no package includes one. Its full SDR packages come from its sister company, Superhuman Prospecting. Quick Cold Calls pricing.
SalesHive
SalesHive sells managed SDR plans with US-based or offshore SDRs: Starter is one dedicated SDR on the phone only, Growth adds email, and Crush has two SDRs. All three are custom quoted on a call. There's no setup fee, and month-to-month plans need written notice to cancel. Older lists still quote prices it no longer publishes. SalesHive pricing.
SalesRoads
SalesRoads has the highest published price on this list, for one SDR who is never shared with another client. One SDR is $11,950 per 4 weeks, and the price per SDR falls as you add more: two cost $16,750, or $8,375 each. Billing every 4 weeks means 13 bills a year, so one SDR comes to about $12,946 a calendar month. SalesRoads pricing.
Superhuman Prospecting
Superhuman Prospecting uses US-based callers. Its Calls Only plan starts at $1,998 a month and the Premium SDR bundle at $4,995. A setup fee may apply, and the premium plan adds a $250 fee to connect to your CRM. It can also build your list from $3.00 a contact. Quick Cold Calls is its sister company. Superhuman Prospecting pricing.
Upcall
Upcall uses US-based callers and prices per lead: each prospect account on your list. The smallest program covers 1,000 prospects, so it starts at about $3,500. Its larger plans list international calls (outside the US and Canada) as a feature. Upcall pricing.
Which Cold Calling Company Fits You?
It depends on what you need most. From what each company publishes:
- Callers based in the US: Quick Cold Calls, Superhuman Prospecting and Upcall say their callers are US-based, and CIENCE and SalesHive offer a US option.
- Email as well as calls: Belkins, CIENCE, and SalesHive's Growth and Crush plans add email to calling. Belkins adds LinkedIn too.
- The lowest hourly rate: Hit Rate Solutions, at $8 an hour on its two-week Starter plan or $7.50 on Advanced.
- A small first test, with your own list: Quick Cold Calls, at $695 a month for 250 call attempts, month-to-month.
- One SDR who is never shared with another client: SalesRoads, at $11,950 per 4 weeks with no long-term commitment.
- Paying per prospect instead of per month: Upcall, from $3.50 per prospect with a 1,000-prospect minimum.
- Buyers outside the US, on a flat monthly price: Switchstack, with a dedicated caller on your prospects' business hours from $1,499 a month, month-to-month.
How Do Cold Calling Companies Charge?
In six ways, and the one a company picks changes what you're really paying for. None of the companies on this page publishes a price per meeting.
- A monthly fee per caller (Switchstack, CIENCE, SalesHive and SalesRoads). You pay for a set share of a person's working time, so the cost stays the same however many dials they make. Ask whether the caller works only on your campaign, and what fees sit on top of the headline price.
- A monthly plan (Superhuman Prospecting). A fixed monthly price for a package of calling. Ask how many calls or hours the plan includes, because the pricing page doesn't say.
- Per hour (Hit Rate Solutions). Easy to compare between companies. Ask what the hours cover: calling only, or also list research, training and reporting.
- Per block of call attempts (Quick Cold Calls). A voicemail or a call that reaches the receptionist counts as an attempt, so 250 attempts can mean far fewer conversations with the person who decides.
- Per prospect on your list (Upcall). You pay for each prospect account called, whatever the outcome, with a minimum of 1,000 prospects per program.
- Custom quote (Belkins and SalesHive). The price comes on a sales call. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing, including setup, data and any bonus, before you compare it with a published price.

Where Do the Callers Work, and Does It Matter?
Three companies say their callers are US-based: Quick Cold Calls, Superhuman Prospecting and Upcall. CIENCE and SalesHive offer US-based or offshore SDRs. SalesRoads and Belkins don't say on their pricing pages. Hit Rate Solutions has its head office in the Philippines.
Switchstack has no US-based callers. Ours work from four regions, and we pick the one that fits your prospects' business hours:
- South Africa for the UK, Ireland and Europe on a normal day shift.
- Mexico and Colombia for the US and Canada on the same hours as your team, in English and Spanish.
- The Philippines for Australia and Singapore on a day shift, and the US on a night shift.
- India for the Gulf on a day shift.
Where the caller sits matters less than where your prospects are, because their country's rules apply. A UK campaign has to screen numbers against the TPS and CTPS registers, and Australia and the UAE have rules of their own. See the UK, Australia and UAE guides, or cold calling laws by country for the rest. The best country to outsource cold calling matches a caller country to your market in four questions.
What Should You Ask a Cold Calling Company Before You Sign?
Ask every company the same seven questions, so you can compare like for like:
- What's the full monthly cost? The headline price can leave things out. CIENCE adds $2,499 a month in team and platform fees plus a setup fee, and Superhuman Prospecting may add a setup fee. SalesRoads bills every 4 weeks, which makes 13 bills a year.
- Is the caller mine alone? A dedicated caller learns your offer and your market. A shared one splits the day between clients.
- How do I cancel? Month-to-month is common now, but the notice period varies. Get it in writing.
- Who supplies the list, and who owns the data afterward? Some companies build the list, some sell it as an add-on and some, like Quick Cold Calls, ask you to bring your own. Agree who keeps the list, the call recordings and the notes when you stop.
- Can I hear the calls? Recordings are the fastest way to judge how your company sounds on the phone.
- Which country's calling rules do you check? Rules depend on where your prospects are, not where the caller sits. Ask how they screen your list before the first call.
- What counts as a qualified meeting? Agree on the job titles, company size and need before calls start, so a booked meeting means the same thing to both sides.
Our own answers: $2,199 to $3,099 a month for We Call for You, or $1,499 to $2,399 for Hire a Caller, with no setup fee. Your caller works only for you, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We call the list you give us. Your lists, recordings and notes stay yours, and every call is recorded. The full checklist is in our questions to ask a cold calling agency, and if you're still deciding whether to outsource at all, compare in-house SDRs and outsourced cold calling.
