How to Choose a Country for Your Cold Callers
Four things decide which country fits. In order of how much they matter:
- Your prospects' time zone.A caller has to be on the phone when your buyers are at their desks. A normal day shift is easiest to staff and keep; night shifts work in the Philippines and India, where they're common, and not as well elsewhere.
- Language. All our callers call in English. If some of your buyers prefer Spanish, only our Latin American callers fit. In markets where business mostly runs in another language, such as Germany, Japan or Morocco, we call the companies and teams that work in English.
- How your buyers hear the caller.Some buyers hang up quickly on an accent they aren't used to. That matters more for senior buyers in the UK and Ireland, which is why we suggest South Africa there.
- Budget. A full-time caller costs from $1,499 a month in India to $2,399in Latin America. Cheaper isn't always cheaper per meeting: what counts is what each booked meeting costs you.

The biggest pool of experienced outsourced callers, with a neutral accent North American buyers are used to. The trade-off: Calling the UK or Ireland means an evening shift in Manila. It works, but South Africa or India usually suit European hours better.
India

South Africa
English-first callers on European hours, just one or two hours ahead of London. The trade-off: South African callers cost more than callers in the Philippines or India. Power cuts have hit South Africa in the past, so we check every caller's backup power and internet before they start.
Latin America
Bilingual English and Spanish callers working the same hours as your North American team. The trade-off: Bilingual callers are in demand, so this is our highest price per caller. Latin American hours don't suit Asia-Pacific, the Middle East or most of the European day.
