# Hire Filipino Cold Callers

Hiring a full-time cold caller in the Philippines through Switchstack costs $1,799 a month (about $10.38 an hour), or $2,499 a month if we run the calling for you. Filipino callers are the best fit for clients calling the US, Canada and Australia. The biggest pool of experienced outsourced callers, with a neutral accent North American buyers are used to.

Outsourced calling has been one of the Philippines' biggest industries for decades, so there are more experienced callers to choose from here than anywhere else.

English is an official language, used in schools, business and government. Night shifts for US and Canadian clients are normal, and day shifts line up with Australia, Singapore and Japan.

## Strengths
- The deepest pool of callers with outsourced calling experience
- English is an official language and the language of business
- Night shifts for North American clients are the norm, not a favour
- Day shifts cover Australia, Singapore and Japan

**The trade-off:** Calling the UK or Ireland means an evening shift in Manila. It works, but South Africa or India usually suit European hours better.
